The Redwood Coast Tow Surf Festival In Memory of Lael Curran

NorCal’s Premier Tow Surf Competition and Ocean Conservation Festival
The Redwood Coast Tow Surf Competition and Ocean Conservation Festival in Memory of Lael Curran in conjunction with the Lind Technologies Electric Surfboard Experience will have its holding period September 17th to October 1st 2026. The Festival will be held at the Samoa Dunes Recreation Area with the Competition held at the Humboldt Bay jetty. The festival will feature world-class tow surfers David Langer and Jamie Sterling representing Lind
Technologies, along with welcoming local and international tow surf teams.
A mandatory safety meeting will be held the day prior to the competition.

A trials event will be held that day along with a Sea Shepherd Beach Clean-Up.
