Labor Day Weekend Trailhead Hosts @ Black Sands Beach

Labor Day is the last big weekend of summer on the Lost Coast and on September 4-7, BLM King Range, Friends of the Lost Coast & King Range Alliance seek volunteers to be Trailhead Hosts at Black Sands Beach in Shelter Cove.  Trailhead Hosts help engage the public on busy weekends, available to answer questions, talk beach safety, and share information about the Lost Coast – all while enjoying the views above Black Sands Beach.  This always-fun volunteer opportunity is a great way to celebrate Labor Day Weekend, Friday-Monday, September 4-7, while helping steward your public lands.
