We're building a new internet portal to Sanctuary Forest. Coming in 2005, you'll find ongoing descriptions of our conservation projects, the latest hike information, news about our education programs, maps, and ways you can help protect the Mattole River watershed. Open a window that leads to a virtual trail into the Sanctuary Forest. We invite you to shout out to us via the web or enjoy a moment of reflection at www.sanctuaryforest.org.

We're looking for input on our site from you. Watch for seasonal program updates, photos of watershed activity, including images of the Mattole that you want to share with us. Artistic and technical volunteers from near and far are always welcome!

Everett M. King is our volunteer webmaster. A retired Environmental Specialist, he and his wife Evelyn purchased land near the Mattole in 1981 and now live here full-time.
